The nurses were very efficient , polite and friendly. I think I did my tests as fast as I could expect to do them. Now I'm in the waiting room waiting for the results.

My original appointment was scheduled for August 24, 2026 after waiting 2 months for this appointment I received a call the morning of from SVMC cancelling my apt due to MRI tech calling in sick then I had to reach out again to reschedule apt because of course they couldn’t be that courteous and reach out to me to reschedule. 2 apt was scheduled for 1pm on Sep 2 I was told to arrive 30 mins early so I did, but I wasn’t called back until 2:45pm and procedure wasn’t completed until 4pm!! Why have appointments if they are not followed! My time is just as important & the pink volunteer lady that was checking everyone in was rude! My dead cat could have gotten faster and better service! Service sucks and they need new volunteers.

The workers were all amazingly kind and polite and helpful. I did have a problem trying to get to the emergency room, there was work going on and parking was blocked so had to rearrange and park quite a distance from the emergency room. I was having a stroke at the time.

The worst hospital i have ever been to. They forgot about me. Didn't tell me my results and just gave me a bunch of pills and a shot and sent me home with not solving what was going on!
