Never had a bad experience with them. I've always had good experiences. They've been friendly and helpful, I'm on oxygen and I've been for several years now, they always seem to bring me my tanks and check my concentrator and hoses and anything I ask.

I have only had to deal with Lincare the last couple of months. The man they sent out with my nebulizer was very nice. I went to the Elkins office to get some help in explaining a few things to me. They were very happy to take my $$ but suggested I go home and figure the rest out on my phone. No help explaining about prescription refills, no acknowledgment that I’m deaf. Rude young woman answering the phones. Young blonde in the Elkins office can’t be bothered to even look up from her computer to ask if you need help or even a simple good morning. I have looked for anyone else but there’s nothing in Elkins, they have the monopoly so they can be rude & hateful. When was the last time a regional manager came to check them out?

My Uncle had been on oxygen for about a year and was able to start getting his equipment from Lincare, and since then he’s been so much better and they have figured out tanks and setups that suit his lifestyle so much more than his previous provider.

One Of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business in 50 years. They will do nothing to help you. They are rude, they mock you even if they wanted to help you they can't even access their own system it took them 6 months to get my insurance card through the Corporate system to start paying for my supplies when I got a new insurance card. It started over again 2 months and they couldn't get my new insurancecard changed. I called the corporate headquarters myself. Tracy the lady that answered had my insurance card changed in one minute and my supply's sent to me expedited immediately They have a real problem here with their staff they're going in a bad direction. I would never recommend this lincare to anyone. Don't take my word for it read the rest of the reviews horrible
