Excellent service. They always call back quickly if you have to leave a message. My client has a party to go to, and we realized last minute he didn't have enough air to stay and not have to rush. They let me come in their office, gave me extra carrying supplies, and offered to carry them out to my car. My client and I are very impressed with the service here, and he is so grateful to be able to enjoy the whole day at his nieces graduation.

We have had excellent service at this company. Our phone conversations have been very helpful. Michael came today to deliver and demonstrate use of Nebulizer. He was very professional and excellent in explaining set up and use of the Nebulizer.

I have been waiting for three weeks to hear from Linn Care. I’ve left numerous messages that go unanswered no return phone calls. I’ve spoke to three customer service representatives and I have their names who said that they would send an emergency email to the company in Cumberland. Still no response. Michael, the service representative who is excellent came out to the house and had me try another portable oxygen machine for my mom who requires oxygen to leave the house. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with responses. If we could just deal directly with Michael then maybe all of our problems would go away. He’s a 10 star representative.

The much needed portable air was delayed almost 2 weeks due to ineptness by the Rehab Center. The concern was not felt by the employee of LINCARE. Laura was rude, dismissive & argumentative. We are now still waiting for the correct portable O2 machine that the Dr. put in an order for on 2/4/26 & have heard nothing from this awful place. I am afraid to call them after how we were treated. The only humane employee is the delivery man.

I am compelled to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service received from Lincare. Several months ago, my mother received oxygen equipment; however, it has yet to be serviced, with no visits or checks conducted to ensure its proper functioning. Furthermore, her medication delivery has been inconsistent due to errors in processing her insurance information. Instead of Lincare resolving this issue, her insurance company had to intervene. Given the critical nature of her medication for breathing difficulties, it is alarming that she still lacks access to it. The company's unprofessional conduct is further exemplified by employees hanging up on my mother, demonstrating a lack of respect, empathy, and basic customer service skills. This experience highlights significant flaws in Lincare's hiring and training processes. In hindsight, I should have heeded the warnings from previous reviews and chosen a different company. Unfortunately, direct contact with the company has proven futile, with calls being terminated abruptly. I am left with no choice but to share this review to caution others. I strongly advise anyone utilizing Lincare's services to consider switching due to the company's evident disregard for customer well-being and satisfaction. The lack of care regarding equipment maintenance and customer requests, such as additional nasal cannula tubing, is particularly concerning. I urge potential customers to explore alternative options that prioritize customer care and service reliability. Despite being forced to select a rating, I would not have assigned any stars. I hope this review serves as a warning and prompts Lincare to reassess its customer service standards.
