Life's Garden

Life's Garden is an affordable housing community in Sunnyvale, California, managed by HumanGood and built by Sunnyvale Life, Inc. The community serves low-income seniors 55 and older in the Santa Clara Valley and Greater Bay Area. It offers 208 smoke-free studio and one-bedroom apartments.

The community provides lunch and grocery programs through partnerships with local organizations. Residents benefit from student nursing clinics offered in partnership with local universities and monthly health and wellness presentations delivered through community partners including On Lok and student nursing programs.

Life's Garden maintains a pet-friendly environment where residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are welcome. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, covering registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and pet restraint in common areas. Management does not apply pet rules to assistance animals and their owners.
