I do not often write a negative review. I am a very positive person who helps my community in many ways. I stand on honesty and my good name. I can not recommend Life Services. Our good friend used them as his payee and they basically micromanaged his entire life. They took away all independence. He complained to us about this several times, but stuck with them. We lost contact with him for some time. He was confused and having various health issues. We were finally called when he was dying, as he made my husband his medical power of attorney. He had relatives still alive, but they no longer spoke or barely spoke. After he passed away Life continued to instruct us to handle things, causing conflict between his estranged family members and us. We were told directly by Life that we needed to call the funeral home, clean his apartment out and handle his affairs. His family didn't understand why. They got upset, when we were attempting to do as instructed by Life. It was a mess. We continued to be called and told to handle his affairs even after they spoke with his family several times and the family made it clear they were taking over everything. We would respond politely with we were just Medical Power of Attorney and you need to contact his family. This was said multiple times. They did not know what to do or how to handle this situation with estranged family members and the medical power of attorney. You would think they'd had to have done this many times before. I don't think this situation could be unique for a company of this size. It caused everyone unnecessary stress, when dealing with loss already. A grievance was filed as well, and not taken seriously. I can not in good faith recommend them. Do your research and save your family and friends the extra stress when you're at the end of your life and after you're gone. At the least, if you choose to go with Life, have a will in place clearly stating everything and make many copies, so it's not lost.

Life Lawrence has been such a caring and helpful service. We don't know what we would have done without all there help. Over the past few years with both of my parents. All of the staff, nurses,drivers, care takers etc. Especially her social worker Mundy. They treat them like their own family. Up until the end. Thank you all so very much ! We can't say enough great things about this facility!!! Love, the Cupps family

LIFE Law Co is an amazing place to get assistance for your health needs. They have done nothing but stellar work in getting my dad back to his “normal” self from nearly dying of COVID/Pneumonia. Staff does routine check-ins and reminders of my dad’s appointments. The staff are always cordial, helpful, and ready to meet my dad’s medical needs…whatever they may be. I would highly recommend anyone choose LIFE! ❤️

We are so grateful for LIFE Lawrence County! They have made such a difference in lives of the Isaac Family! Dementia is a very hard thing to deal with but our matriarch was always so happy to be there! In fact, she studied the schedule daily looking for more opportunities to play bingo and have a delicious lunch! Even at 100 years old she has a young spirit and made many friends there...Thanks for caring!
