Life Force provided amazing care for my mother, Gilberta Wells, for the last 18 months of her life. Having a caretaker who built a loving relationship with her, made all of the difference as we navigated her dementia. Jared, as the CEO, was personally available to us, when we needed him. The team and especially our caretaker were top shelf. Rashid was kind, gentle, patient and physically strong. He took care of many details without being asked. I was so comfortable sharing my home with him. He made every interaction joyful. I sincerely wish we could have had more time together, but God had different plans. My entire family loved him and feel they will miss him. Thank you Jared, Leslie, and the nursing and billing (even?) staff at Lifeforce.

Without doubt, the final months of my dad's debilitating disease were the most difficult of our family's lives. Decades and decades of marriage between the two strongest and loving people I know just whittled away as my dad's mental and physical struggles worsened daily. I need to share that difficult background in order to talk about Life Force. Millie was our caregiver. She is a strong, compassionate, caring person with a great sense of humor. She's a hugger. That helped! Life Force spent a lot of time with us to find a caregiver that matched our needs. We appreciated that a lot. When help was needed in the middle of the night, Millie was there with a single call. Her focus was on my dad, and she wouldn't stop her work until Dad was all set. Was everything perfect? No, and I don't think you can find a situation that it ever will be. Patient conditions and needs can change gradually on some days and quickly on other days. What I really admired about Millie was her willingness to adapt, accept feedback, and work with the multitude of nurses and hospice staff in and out every day. Each with their own idea/process of how things should be done. It takes a very special person to work in a challenging environment like that. We talked to Life Force regularly during those trying days. The staff was easy to access and returned calls quickly. We were grateful for their frequent visits. We truly felt we were being heard when we asked questions and expressed concerns. That helped make things a little easier. So like I said... Was it perfect. Nope. But I really don't think you can expect it to be when you consider the circumstances of a stranger coming into your home at the worst of times. That being said, with everything I saw and experienced, I wouldn't hesitate to use Millie and Life Force's services again.

Miriam was the most amazing person and caregiver that we could ever ask for to take care of our mother. We loved her and appreciated her so much, and she took excellent care of our mother. Our mother loved her and was so comfortable with her which was amazing and comforting to the family. We never worried when Miriam was around. She instinctively knew what to do and cared for our mom as if it were her own mother. I cannot say enough good things about Miriam, and to Lifeforce for sending us someone so beautiful and wonderful to care for our beloved mother. I would not hesitate to recommend Lifeforce to anyone in a similar situation who is caring for a loved one and wants the best for them. Miriam is truly the best.

Life Force Senior Care is excellent and I highly recommend them. They conduct an interview and match the senior with a compatible caregiver. It is a very reliable company and they follow up periodically to be sure everything is going well. When it is time for the caregiver's vacation, they have other caregivers to fill in. The process is seamless. Your loved one is never alone.
