I was overwhelmed with emotions of placing my mom and step-father at Life Care Center of Treasure Valley, so many emotions running through my mind, body, and soul; much to my surprise, I was met with a profound sense of professionalism, love, and care by the staff as they helped settle my mother and step-father in. The moment everything was in place, I couldn't help but cry while driving away—an emotion that only someone who’s been through this can truly understand. The staff made the entire process seamless from start to finish, even though I know they poured countless extra hours and effort behind the scenes. Saying I’m grateful feels like an understatement. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved for making my loved ones feel truly welcomed and at home.
