This place is HORRIBLE my husband is a fall risk and he’s falling 5 times because he presses the button and nobody comes. The staff is rude and if you’re not paying out of pocket best believe you’re going to be treated like trash. I hate that my husband even has to be here! Don’t trust your family members here. If they need to use the restroom and push that button they might as well just wet the bed cause ain’t nobody coming. You try to talk to a higher up and get treated even worse. They love to bother you and make you feel so uncomfortable I stay with him here and there and this is the worst he’s ever been treated by any facility. This place sucks! I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE not even my worst enemy.

I would highly recommend the Stonegate facility you are in need of rehab or more serious skilled nursing. I was very fortunate to stay at Stonegate during my time there for skilled nursing after I suffered some heart issues. The staff there is friendly, professional and extremely qualified To give any patient the best care possible. To single out one or two caregivers at this facility would be an injustice to the other staff members. Every staff member there, no matter what shift was taking care of me, gave the same level of care has the previous shift. Thank you Stonegate for making my stay there enjoyable.

My mother needed to be moved to a skilled nursing facility for rehab. I stopped by Life Care of Stonegate on an unexpected visit and was hoping to get a tour. I was impressed with the facility, the cleanliness, the beautiful location.  I did not have an appointment and it was over the weekend. The team that handling tours was not available at the time I arrived.  The receptionist, Yasmin, went above and beyond and provided an amazing tour and took the time to show me around, answering my questions.  I also met on the tour a resident and family and had a chance to speak with them.  I thought my mother would be comfortable here. Kira was her Case Manager and seemed to be two steps ahead with managing her care.  She handled everything from the insurance, to arranging for home health care, providing resources for equipment options. She was always very responsive and kept me briefed on my mother's progress.  I am very grateful to Kira for helping with managing her care. My mother was there close to a month. She had both Physical Therapy and Occupational therapy as well as daily activities.  She got stronger and was well taken care of.  I am extremely grateful to the team. When they were concerned on a medical issue, they ran a test and determined that she needed have to go to the hospital, and they called the paramedics.  Following the hospitalization, my mother could have gone to another skilled nursing facility, but she wanted to return to Stonegate for her rehab. Kerri Ann, one of the Nurses working with my mother was there for support to me and helpful during the difficult time when my mother had to go to the hospital.  The entire care team for my mother at Life Care of Stonegate was kind, caring and empathetic.

My first impression of the place was how tidy and pretty it was. The landscaping that was very well taken care of. The gal that checked me and was really sweet. The facility was very clean. It didn’t have that funky smell that places like this usually have. Very classy place with hardwood and nice decor. My friend that I visited was good and seemed very well cared for. I was there for two hours and three people came in to check on her, including one pain doctor . When She needed help. She pushed the button and they were there in less than two minutes. The four staff members that I did meet were very nice and helpful. Very impressed with this place. I wish my grandparents could have been in a place like this.

Whilst on holiday in Colorado from Wales, UK, my wife suffered a stroke. Her rehabilitation was at Stonegate .The facility allowed me to stay with my wife the whole time which was so precious. The rehabilitation staff worked every day in order to make my wife better which resulted in her well enough to fly back to the UK safely. I only have the highest praise for the staff and the facility. Without their early intervention with the treatment, I do not know what would have happened. It is reassuring to know being so far from home there are people who care and help you in what was a most traumatic time. God bless you and thank you for all your help in that part of Deborah's life, I will be forever grateful. Michael.
