I spent one month here for recovery after my back disc surgery, and I cannot thank this amazing team enough. Although most of the patients here are elderly and I was one of the younger patients, everyone treated me with incredible kindness, care, and respect, helping me safely return home.
A special thank you to the wonderful physical therapy team, and specifically Mani, for their professional help in my recovery. I also want to express my deepest gratitude to all the caring nurses, especially Armi and Mozhgan, and all the kind nursing assistants (CNAs) who were always there for me.
Huge thanks to Mr. Alex for his strong management and well-organized facility, Mr. Erick for his dedicated efforts, Lee Anne Graefnitz (Business Office Manager) for her wonderful support, and the Social Services team (especially Nathan Mitchell). I also want to extend my sincere gratitude to Dr. Noor and Dr. Dhirendra Kumar for their medical care.
I also really enjoyed the fun activities, special events, music, and treats they organized for the residents. I wish I could remember everyone's name, but even if I missed someone, the entire team was truly outstanding. This reflects professional management and a compassionate, experienced staff. This is an exceptional facility with a warm, family-like environment. Highly recommended!

My mother in law was sent here, they have been constantly understaffed or just straight up incompetent. She fell in the bathroom and broke her arm, was sent to the hospital for treatment. Upon returning, Rhonda refused to give her pain meds because I had kept the discharge paperwork that all the medical professionals at the hospital gave me.

LCS (Life Care Services)- Nursing staff
The nurses were professional, patient, and respectful when helping my grandmother. They answered our questions without making us feel rushed and contacted the family whenever there was a meaningful change in her condition.
