I am supposed to get a rollator from this company; they were supposed to have delivered it last Friday, this past Monday, and yesterday and it still has not been delivered. I do not think they are a reputable company.

10**********, Definitely and highly recommend. Nick came out Saturday evening to setup a bed, side table and oxygen. WE were in a quick need for my Family to have this equipment available ASAP. He was friendly, caring, explained everything to me. It's fantastic to see such a dedicated Team Member who understands what we are going thru. Thank you sooooo much Nick and Thank you so much Liberty Medical Specialist for hiring such a great employee.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Liberty Medical Specialties, especially Joanne Willis. We had - well, for us, a complicated issue with equipment for my cousin in Charlotte and I called for advice, not expecting much based on an experience I had had with another medical equipment supplier, closer to our home. To my surprise, I connected with Joanne and was greeted with understanding, knowledge about products and insurance, and such an abundance of empathy. Joanne gave me a lot of great advice, followed through with all right information and filled me with so much gratitude. These can be challenging and stressful time, working your way through health concerns. Joanne and Liberty just made it better and hopeful.

Liberty Medical Supplies and especially Joanne was extremely helpful, patient and understanding while helping me take care of getting a wheelchair for my dad. Also, she was able to help him decide to get the wheelchair he really did need! I highly recommend this company and especially Joanne.

I would like to thank Ashley M. And the team at Liberty Medical. I work at a skilled nursing facility. We don’t always have much notice when we need equipment. Response time is quick and communication is awesome. Our orders and questions are always met with kind and knowledgeable responses. The help is much appreciated. Keep up the good work!
