We are very happy that we moved to Lester. Shelly-Ann Bruce and all the other Lester staff were very patient and helpful in making sure that this was the right decision for us. Shelly-Ann even booked us in for an activity so we could meet with some of the other residents. It is a stressful process but everyone at Lester made it as easy as possible.

My family had an outstanding experience with Lester Senior Living. The Admissions Coordinator was exceptional — supportive, patient, and truly with us every step of the way as we transitioned my mother into the community. They made a complicated process feel smooth and reassuring, offering clear guidance and thoughtful communication throughout.<br><br>What impressed us even more was how they personally introduced us to residents and staff, creating an immediate sense of belonging. The community is warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. My mother felt comfortable from day one, and we felt confident knowing she was surrounded by people who care. Lester Senior Living exceeded our expectations in every way.

We were so overwhelmed making this massive transition for our Dad. Shelly-Ann Bruce is like an angel in human form as well as one of the most organized, brilliant people I've ever had the pleasure of working with to get a lot accomplished in a short amount of time. She navigated the massive paperwork so adeptly, the process was actually pleasant!<br>Lester Senior Living is managed as perfectly as the Four Seasons Hotel! The whole team is super!<br>The place is immaculate, the staff is the highest-level of professional AND joyous! The overall environment is warm, welcoming, vibrant and nurturing. THAT only happens at a 5-star hotel, so to see our Dad experience this each day is a dream come true.<br>Within days, we saw our withering parent start to come back to life: from a dreary shuffle to walking with zest, smiling, interacting with the effervescent community of Lester residents.<br>Laura Miqueli, Kathleen Donatiello, Cristine Franco, AnnMarie at the front desk, Z the PT therapist, the many aides who have already helped our parent.<br>Wow, I don't think I can name all of the team that has brought so much joy to our family in his first week living there.<br>Bless them all and thank YOU ALL!<br>If you are considering a place to live, Lester Senior Living is more than special, it's HOME.
