I want to take a moment to share my experience with Lenox Memory Care in Lauderhill. From the beginning, I have been so impressed with the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the entire team.<br><br>Michael, the Sales Director, has been absolutely amazing. He is caring, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to make you feel comfortable and supported. His dedication and genuine concern make a wonderful first impression.<br><br>I also want to recognize Garrett, the Director of Nursing. Garrett is compassionate, attentive, and truly cares about the residents and their families. It is comforting to know that there are people in leadership who genuinely care about the quality of care being provided.<br><br>I am very grateful for everything Michael, Garrett, and the Lenox Memory Care team do. "My father recently moved into Lenox on the Lake and I cannot express how pleased we are with the experience. The transition was incredibly smooth and stress-free, which was such a relief for our whole family.<br><br>He is truly happy here—the grounds are always kept immaculately clean, and he has already met so many wonderful people. He constantly raves about the food, which is a huge plus! The staff is consistently kind, professional, and attentive. A special thank you to Helen and Michael for making my father feel so welcome and at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for him! By the way, my dad is Bernard Wiener!!

I had a wonderful experience working with the team at Lenox on the Lake during our search for senior living. From the very beginning, we were treated with kindness, patience, and genuine care. The guidance we received made what can be an overwhelming process feel so much easier.<br><br>Michael James was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions. Most importantly, we never felt pressured only supported and understood.
