My mother n law lived there for almost 8 years. The last 4 years were awful. She had bed bugs in her apartment for over 4 years. They are way under staffed and most of the staff are not trained probably and have no compassion. The director running the facility not is the worst director they have ever had. She has zero compassion for any of the residents living there. My mom was on hospice care and when she came back from the hospital to start hospice care the first night back there were bed bugs all over the hospital bed that hospice care provided. The response time when you pull the emergency cord was anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour the response time should be 5 minutes or less cause because they are extremely understaffed. If you love your loved ones don't move them into this facility. Also there is absolutely no security. I walked in at 1 am and was never asked where I was going. When my mom first moved in there was 24 hour security and you always had to sign in. There is also a side door that anyone off the street can walk in and there is a sign that says the door is locked at 10 pm I walked through the side door as late as 11 pm. Your executive director is one of the problems and is a liar and should be fired along with the head nurse.

I recently moved out of Park Tower after living there for three years. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and quiet. It sits on 73 acres of preserved cedar forest with a beautiful lake. The outdoors is the best part of living here. The lake has a wide variety of life including Peacock Bass, one of my favorite fish. In my time at Park Tower I had to rely on the business office for help and guidance and Heidi Rosario, the business office manager was there to help me every step of the way. I honestly don't know what I would've done without her. The activity director is always coming up with different types of activities for the residence. There is medical staff on site including a well run Physical Therapy office . Everyone of the therapists are excellent at what they do. I want to give a shout out to Carolyne Melendez who my brother's French Bulldog is already missing. I will definitely miss my time at Park Tower and especially Heidi and Carolyne.
