I’d give them a 0 star if I could. These guys are bunch of scammers. They are listing their homes $40k+ over appraisal. So when you close on your house you will be SHOCKED when they tell you that you have to fork out $40k+ on top of down payment and closing costs. They don’t list any of their comps or any info online so it makes it impossible to have any info until the appraisal actually comes in. For a home we really wanted, they were selling it for $640k but appraisal came out to $595k and they refused to drop it. The agent there, Josh, all he did was smack talk about the appraiser and said he’d get a “way better” one to come and appraise. How about sell your homes for what they are worth and stop scamming people who are heading into retirement? Anyway, if you are considering this builder, please reconsider. If not, then at least do your self a favor and do your due diligence before deciding.

My niece bought a new house in Riverton. Leisure Villas built a nice neighborhood right next to her home. They built up the land so high that the road to get the townhomes, is the same height as her fence. So at anytime if these neighbors lost Control of their vehicle,, they would end up in my niece’s backyard! It’s not just my niece. It’s several homes. Such poor design and potentially deadly consequences. This needs to be corrected. The owners of these homes if they sell them have to drive back and turn along my niece’s fence line. She can’t even let her children play in their backyard. It’s a nightmare!
