As a Realtor I viewed a home for sale and took some client videos. I called about the HOA fees transfer ($250) and various other questions. All questions were answered promptly so the people there are knowledgeable about the 55+ community rules, costs, etc. I saw the roads had all been recently paved fresh and talked with a neighboring homeowner who nothing but positive to say about the neighborhood and the HOA. All in all it is a pretty well run established community I would consider if you are over 55.

Such a nice community within a community! Leisure Park has the ammenities that so many need when they no longer are able or want to care for their own homes - and..........the location is prime!!
