Legend of Lititz is a wonderful place with exceptional staff and fun, engaging activities! Our mother is well cared for by kind and pleasant staff members. They truly show interest in her and brighten her life. The facility is beautiful and the food is delicious. We highly recommend Legend of Lititz as a caring community that will greatly enhance the daily life of your loved one.

The facility is clean, smells clean, spacious hallways, nice staff, many places to explore and we loved the theater. Having a chef on site is a plus we love that aspect. Love the kitchenettes in every room and the laundry service. The option to bring a pet or have pets visit is also a plus for us as well.

My mother has been very happy at Legends of Lititz. Every time I come to visit her, she's in the middle of some activity there, whether it's chat groups or games or baking. They seem to have monthly family nights, parties, and live entertainment. Her room and the facility in general look very clean to me. I've always found the regular staff to be helpful and friendly. I think it helps that it's a smaller place, she made friends there very quickly, whereas at her old place there was so many people she was never able to remember who any of them were and never quite found a way to fit in.

My Mother has been here for 14 month now. I have never seen a facility go down hill so fast. I am not sure what happened. When she came to legends staff was pleasant & friendly. Now you never or rarely see the same person twice. I believe they quit faster than they can hire. Certainly not a good sign for management. Oh, but even though staff and services decreased they did not have a problem raising her rent up $125.00 more monthly. When she went there we always seen someone vacuuming or cleaning. We were told cleaning day for her room would be Wednesday they didn’t tell us which Wednesday of the year they do that. Her room has not been cleaned in months. My sister went there today and cleaned her room. They called the ambulance to take her to the E.R. But never notified the family. That’s how carding they are. For the cost verses services not a good deal at all. I guess my next step is call corporate the

Dropped in for their holiday social and the place has to be seen to believe how grand the place is. Just a wonderful place.
