My Husband is currently a Resident there but after yesterday I am moving him!! Found him at 10:am laying in his bed with a wet diaper, wet bed, and stains on sheet where pee had dried before!! Not yet dressed for the day, I am sure no breakfast, completely soaked, covered with on a sheet!! 😡 Never would I treat a dog this way!! OLD BEAT UP FURNITURE, SICKENING SMELL, and obviously NO ONE CARED!! After going to Office and discussing my heart felt concerns I got an audience from several over different departments. I came home and Administration called me. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS FACILITY!! I HAVE PICTURES !!

I was in Legacy Nursing Home for 30 days for physical therapy. I can tell you that the nuses and most aids are great! However from my own personal experience if your loved one has an unusual or complicated condiction, make ABSOLUTY CERTAIN that the facility is able to handle it correctly. I was told a Monday, my 1st day there that they had someone who specialized with my particular condition but she would not be visiting the home until Friday. By Thurs. I had a bad infection and returned to the hospital for an extra 30 day stay to clear it up. The cooks age capable of delivering excellent meals, however, the only served a few while I was there. I did meet sweet and caring residents that I will never forget.

Legacy is a family oriented facility. Every time I visit the facility I can feel the love and concern that the staff have for its residence. I would highly recommend this facility to those who are looking for rehab, or even long term care.

I love this home! It is so clean, the staff works very hard to keep residents safe and happy! They also have remained COVID free due to their hard work.
