I wouldn’t even give this place one star. It is WORST!!! Due to the neglect and not caring for patients my Uncle is now dead.. if they would have cared or even checked there patients properly our family would have known my uncle had cancer and he had holes in his colon. But no they didn’t even care. 99.9% of the staff is HORRIBLE and VERY RUDE. So unless you want your family dead or damn neither. And not to mention My uncle was in the hospital for over a month and we told them he wasn’t coming back and they still charged him for the month…. Myself working in the medical field this is very disappointing and sick.

It amazes me that all the 3 and higher stars are employees. OMG the staff seems bother by any assistance need by family, internet and cable had not been working in room for a while and I raised up box and roaches at least about 8 ran from under the box. I can not understand how staff see something not working or wrong and act like nothing is happening. Plus they see sores don't even send the patients out to receive care. I really nee the staff to at least pretend their if their family members was in this facility they would want the upmost care.

Was going to Legacy after leaving hospital. I was wheeled in and the smell of cabbage hit my nostrils. Room I was shown to had 2 beds(not hospital bed). It reminded me of a mental hospital. Right then and there, I decided if I stayed there I would die. Called a friend to pick me up. This was in 2020 so I hope the facility has improved but I wouldn't send my worse enemy there. I wish there were negative stars.they rate at least a negative 5.

This facility killed my mother. I do not recommend it. The staff avoided my calls when checking on my mother whom was a resident here. Dr. Green avoided my calls for months. The wound care doctor reopened her wound to have more patients. This place works with other hospitals to get patients there and eventually neglect care and patients die, thats when they'll call you. Any other tine you can't reach anyone. If your loved one was at the nursing facility and passed, I suggest you investigate, file charges and get lawyers. The Doctor is terrible, the heads are terrible and the overnight and day shift is terrible. They do not communicate well with the exception of a few CNA'S that did what they can.
