Legacy House of Park Lane is an assisted living community in Farmington, Utah, serving older adults who need support with daily activities and care. The facility also provides memory care services for residents with cognitive decline.
Families consistently praise the personal attention staff provide to residents. Multiple reviewers highlighted how staff members take time to understand each person's individual needs and preferences rather than treating residents as room numbers. Families noted the welcoming atmosphere, the variety of amenities, including a dining room, movie theater, game room, and beauty salon, and programming such as events and activities. One family wrote that their father "realized he had independence, met some nice friends and the staff was very caring to him." The transition experience for new residents appears smooth, with families describing what could have been stressful moves as easy and happy.
A smaller set of recent reviews raises concerns about leadership and workplace culture. These families reported observing harsh communication from management toward staff, suggesting that staffing stress may affect care quality. The contrast between these accounts and the overwhelmingly positive majority (158 total reviews, 4.8/5 rating) suggests the community's experience may depend partly on current leadership stability and team morale.

I've been visiting LHPL for more than four years, attending to a family member and visiting friends who are residents there. I've dealt with staff at all levels and management. Everyone has been kind, compassionate, and friendly. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. I've gotten to know many of the residents, and they all have expressed what a blessing the facility and staff are. My wife and I are on the waiting list and will be moving in as soon as an opening is available.

We struggled with making the decision for Dad to move into an assisted living facility. My dad struggles with dementia, and we knew the struggle would be real. The staff, top to bottom, at Legacy House Park Lane has been nothing short of amazing. They show such love and compassion for not only their residents, but their families as well. I would pick Legacy House Park Lane in Farmington Utah 10 out of 10 times. I would probably move myself in if they would let me.

We had my Father hear for two years and it was the best! Get this, we had a need for my mother-in-law and Legacy had no rooms but referred us to another (competing) facility nearby the same day. We thank Legacy from the bottom of our hearts!! Thank you, thank you, thank you- for your kind act of service which has been a small miracle for us and a huge comfort to the extended family. You are the best! Don't ever stop doing what you do-you have truly brightened our lives!!
