My mom was here for 2 months. It was a wonderful experience there from scotty to the therapists to the Aids. I would highly recommend this rehab to anyone for their loved ones. I am actually looking into their long term for my mother as well right now. Also it is gorgeous and very well maintained.

Being a former Nurse Case Manager, I was able to work very closely with the Legacy Rehab of Boca Raton,Fl. for many years. My patients Always wanted to go there.. In September and October, I got to see first hand personally Why - when my mom was admitted for rehab after her fall and hospital stay. A huge shout out to all their team but Especially to SCOTTY in Admissions, who was AMAZING and helped me with the entire process personally and professionally. Also, I need to say and add that the PT And OT staff is outstanding with the hands on exceptional therapy they gave my mom Pat, as was my Special Social Worker who helped me from week one. She even helped me get mom transferred seamlessly to a ALF in Michigan, and I can not thank all of the LEGACY Team enough for truly all running the BEST rehab in Boca! TEAM WORK DOES MAKE THE DREAM WORK. You were All great! Again, Thank you to Scotty in admission's for his personalized care he showed me and my mom. From the bottom of my heart, huge thank you all. I saw first hand that they are truly number one! From walking into their door to walking out, all the staff were pretty amazing. The Legacy should be very proud of their staff.I appreciate every one of them and highly recommend this rehab.

Finding the right care for a loved one is never easy, but I can truly say that this skilled nursing facility has exceeded all expectations. From the moment my dad became a resident, the level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff has been nothing short of exceptional. The nurses and caregivers are not only highly skilled, but they treat every resident with dignity, patience, and kindness. They take the time to get to know each individual, making my dad feel comfortable, valued, and truly cared for every single day. It brings our family so much peace of mind knowing he is in such capable and loving hands. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Communication with families is clear and consistent, which makes a huge difference. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly, and it’s obvious that the entire team is committed to providing the highest quality of care. What stands out most is the genuine heart behind everything they do. This isn’t just a job for them—it’s a calling. I am beyond grateful for the support, attention, and kindness they continue to show my dad and our family. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated like family, I highly recommend this facility.

The nurses and the aides are great here at the Legacy at Boca. Nurse Jill has been amazing. Everyone here has been so nice. Other than home, this is the best place I have ever been. The food is great, everyone is great and the place is phenomenal. Chris and Billy in Physical Therapy are wonderful. The concierge Terri took very good care of me. Terri was the first one that impressed me.

Legacy is everything you didn't expect at a rehab. It's welcoming, it's bright, and it's very clean. The staff is very attentive and if you need something, they're right there. The food is very good. The therapists are professional, patient and very good at what they do. A special shout out to Janet for her wonderful care and for always answering questions that we had. Our nurse Brooke was always cheerful and helpful. Jennifer and Mark at the nurses station were always there for anything that you needed And you didn't have to wait. Last but not least, Teri Hamilton, the concierge, is a very happy and bright addition to legacy with her beautiful smile and eagerness to do whatever it takes to make you happy. We recommend this place 100%.
