I never thought I would need a rehab center. I was hospitalized for an abcess and a drain was needed. My only option for proper care was a rehab facility. Encore was recommended. Nurse Jay and Nurse Christine were kind, and knowledgeable. They kept the drain site clean and were gentle with the process. I appreciate all thier help. Hermithe was my aid through much of my stay. She was kind and very helpful. The concierge team were wonderful. They were always available to help. Thank you Morte and Jay! I don't know what I would have done without the care I received in the facility.

Mordy Schwartz I believe he was genetically altered for this job. He is truly the nicest person I have ever met. The best thing about him is warm calm demeanor. Ultimate professional. When he speaks he has a calming effect. He is warm, caring and his demeanor defuses tense situations with calmness and insight. Unfortunately I easily get upset when things aren’t perfect and just a minute with Mordy calms me down. Never promises what he can’t deliver. If I had as son if he was half the person I would be very proud.

Love the physical therapy department and therapist, Michael, Simon, Suzanne, Mitch, Dara, Amanda, Sonia, and Terry and everyone else in the therapy department they went above and beyond to help me like standing up now transferring and walking, thanks for their experience and knowledge I appreciate their support. My blind mother, Hella Sanmiguel, was recently discharged from the Boca Regional hospital and admitted to short-term rehab at The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Home , and I cannot say enough about the exceptional care and support we’ve received. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness, it truly sets the tone. The nursing team has been incredibly attentive and compassionate, and I would especially like to recognize Sylvanie Ribeiro for her outstanding care. The physical and occupational therapists have also been wonderful, treating my mother with patience, dignity, and genuine compassion every step of the way. A very special thank you to Business Manager Susan Semeraro, who guided me through the complex paperwork and process during such a sensitive and overwhelming time. Her patience, grace, and willingness to take the time to explain everything made a world of difference, she was truly a light during a very stressful moment. I also want to recognize Mordy Schwartz, who has checked in with me multiple times to see how both my mother and I are doing. His kindness and continued support have meant so much, always reminding me that he’s available for anything we may need. For someone who is blind, transitioning from home to a care facility can be incredibly scary and disorienting. Yet within just two days, my mother felt comfortable and at ease. The team ensured she is eating well, guiding her through everything, and supporting her without hesitation or complaint. As I begin to explore long-term care options, I feel much more confident and prepared thanks to our experience at The Encore at Boca Raton. It would truly be my hope to keep my mother here long-term. I am deeply grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown by the entire team.

My mom came to this rehabilitation Center af ,r she was released from Broward Health Center. The Phisycal therapy has helped my mom a lot. She needs to stay a little longer to establish security when she stamp up. Thanks to Jay Mobley one of the concierge, is a dedicated person who help any patients to feel confortable in their room. Also Violet and Linda are assistant that keep all her patients clean. I will recommend this place because is clean, smell good. Also have a garden with a Gacybo. Nice location.
