Valerie is the best! She assured that Mom was in great care. The staff was awesome! The service and food were great! There were plenty of activities. My mom had a pleasant visit while I was on vacation. I highly recommend this facility for your family and love ones.

Earlier today I toured the memory care facility. Valerie was so kind and understanding of my husband’s situation. She answered all my questions and introduced me around to her friendly staff. My family’s needs are a few months off, but it’s a true blessing to know that such wonderful places and people are close by and ready to help out. You owe it to your loved one to take a tour!

This place was so shady, all the way up the ladder. They never really train their employees. They tell the employees to lie when we had visits from the state. They are so money hungry and don't use the money wisely. The washers and dryers are always broke. Families complain but management don't care. Jessica sits in her office all day and gossip. Rosie will lie as well. They don't communicate well. I would not recommend this place for any family. They will raise your rent but they don't even have housekeeping or kitchen staff. Horrible place!!

I have toured many memory care homes, as my father has Alzheimer's Disease. I needed to have him stay in a memory care facility so that I could attend my son's wedding. This facility is clean, feels inviting, and the staff were very warm and friendly. In addition, it just has a good vibe. I've toured many facilities that just feel gloomy the moment you walk in and that is not the case here. Valerie was amazing and worked with me to make this happen and I am so grateful!!! As a full-time caregiver, not only was I grateful to be able to attend my son's wedding in Italy but I was grateful for the break from caretaking. Knowing that my dad was in a safe place being well taken care of eased my mind and allowed me to enjoy the wedding. Thank you to Valerie, Jessica, and all of the other team members that cared for my father.

In our city of Las Vegas and surrounding areas... we have many people coming to retire here. In the years we have all witnessed the boom of all the Assisted Living and Memory Care communities being built and how overwhelming it can be to choose the right one for your loved one. I can honestly say in this review that one of those “ right “ communities is (Genesis) Vintage Park at San Martin Memory Care. It is a stand alone Memory Care , focusing on various levels of Dementia and Alzheimer’s that a resident might have. In my profession , I have the pleasure of visiting these senior facilities and have grown to know the whole team in that community . Julie Peterson ( Administrator) is so involved and hands on with Residents care as well as Christina Simon ( Nurse) who is an advocate for each residents health and well-being . I can’t name everyone who works there but I know everytime I go In to the community building I am always greeted with a smile and residents always busy doing some kind of fun activity . If tired , they can all gather in the home like living room atmosphere where they can listen to music and watch the huge salt water tank filled with beautiful colorful fish♥️
