The rooms at Laurel Point are very nice. We moved a close friend here because she needed extra care. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful to all the patients. Our friend is very happy with our decision to help her make the move. The extra help that she receives at the pull of cord is very comforting. We know that she is well taken care of and this puts us at ease. From the office staff to the front desk, to all of the care givers, the med techs and the kitchen staff we cannot say enough. We also cannot forget the housekeeping staff that keep the rooms clean. We must also include the activities staff and the physical therapy providers. I must also thank Michael for all his help from the time that I stepped thru the front door. I cannot say enough about the staff here. TOP NOTCH FROM A TO Z!!!!!!!

Michael was very nice. More importantly, he was very informative. The building was clean, and the model rooms were stunning! We are glad that my mother is moving to Laurel Pointe.

I stopped in for a tour without an appointment. Chris the receptionist was very nice and offered me a beverage and then went to get someone to help me. Mike then met me and asked if we could discuss why I stopped in. We talked in his office for a little while and then he took me on a tour. The apartments were very nice, and there were a couple of styles to choose from. We went to the dining room, and the people seemed to be enjoying lunch. I even asked a couple of them if they liked the food and they said 'yes'. He should me the therapy gym because I told him that would be important to my father. I met Gia, the activity department manager, and she told me about all the things she thinks my dad will enjoy. When My dad leaves rehab he is going to Laurel Pointe. We are glad to know there are other men and veterans there for him to meet.

I recently toured the community and had a great time! Everyone was super friendly and made me feel welcome. The Business Office led the tour and was very helpful throughout the visit. I loved seeing how connected everyone is. I highly recommend checking it out!

The staff are friendly and helpful, they really care about the residents and try to cater to each individuals needs and wants. The collaboration between facility staff and healthcare providers is excellent. Concerns are addressed quickly. The housekeeping staff are always cleaning and keeping the facility looking good. I always feel right at home there and would not hesitate to recommend this facility for care of my loved ones.
