My mom and I went and saw my Aunt today. She was so happy to see us and begged us to get her out of there. She hates it and call it a prison. All her socks are missing except for 3 pair of hospital socks that hardly stay on her feet. She has MS scoliosis and can not move her right side. She only had maybe 8 dresses and T-shirts. They took everyone bed side phones out of their rooms. She had no toiletries, she had on a dirty diaper when we got their, had to ask for help. Her cell phone was taken/stolen, her CD payer, all her CD's she loved to listen to her books are gone, her birder and stand she watched from her window my mom bought her, her hair needed to be washed and clean clothes on. She don't like the food and hardly eats. We made a surprise visit. The lady at the front desk is supper Debbie at the front desk is super sweet. My mom went to the director of nursing of directors and no one could be found. 1 person was at the area of nurses where there is usually 5. They won't answer questions. When we left she begged my mom to take her, but we are not allowed to bring her to shop, visit family or go eat. It was so hard seeing her cry when we left.
