Wendy, Activies Director, has been an integral part of my recovery in that she engaged the seniors in movement as they were able. She entertained them with music that was part of our area and help cause familiar times of the past. She encouraged communication among the residents. I got a resident's phone number and promised to stay in touch. I have marveled at the emence patience and understanding Wendy appears to show the patients. I am greatful that this facility was the one that I chose for my rehab wellness

We were welcomed with open arms. My dad didn’t complain during his rehabilitation this time. There were people working on a steady basis. The staff are very friendly for the most part. They fell in love with my dad. Over the last 3 years he’s been in two other rehabilitation centers. This one is the most family friendly one I’ve ever experienced. His nurses, physical, occupational, cognitive therapist were very knowledgeable and helpful. Also a shout out to the hospitality crew. Thank you for getting him to come out and socialize. My dad’s only complaint was food. He loves soup and wished they had more soup selections. The facility is kept clean and organized. My dad was kept very clean. Thank you all for everything.

It’s was a pleasure meeting Dria today. She went way and beyond explaining the admitting procedure today. She was the bubbly personality I needed while my mom is transitioning for her treatment plan. Please continue this great journey your on. It does make a great difference when leaving your love one in the care of someone else. It speaks volumes for the facility. Thank you

I give four stars because the staffing seem to be low and communication isn’t great here. But the nurse I have encountered is very helpful she has pink hair and very nice. You can see her doing her best. Not all staff is bad.

If a family member is not here consistently your love one will not be treated with proper care. My mom is in this this facility as I am writing this. She is here for wound care and need to be properly treated in order for her wound to heal, following the doctors orders are critical for proper healing. We have found her laying in wet diapers (soak and wet) where the sheets are wet even after they double diappered her which is against the law. I came in one morning and they missed feeding mom, they were collecting trays but mom did not have a tray. Some of the nurses and aids are rude. On 1/16 at 5:30 am my neice asked the nurse to give mom medication because she was in pain, the nurse gave everyone on the floor their medicine and neglected to give mom her medicine it was 6:30 am and she had not received medicine. patients are left laying and unattended for hours sometimes. We call for a nurse and the light was on for over an hour.
