Mary Mitchell was the first person I met, she showed me around facility & introduced me to some of the staff. Mary answered all my questions, very kind & professional. A week later I met with Pam Wood; she was very helpful, easy to talk with, she explained everything to me, the process was great. Thank you ladies for your professionalism and a smooth transition for my love one.

Moving a loved one into memory care is one of the hardest decisions a family can make, but the team here has made the transition so much easier for us.<br>Pam, the Executive Director, has been absolutely wonderful. She has been compassionate, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Her guidance and support have given our family peace of mind during a very emotional time.<br>I also want to recognize the maintenance team. They went above and beyond to help us move my dad into his room and made the process smooth and stress-free. Their kindness and willingness to help meant more than they probably realize.<br>Knowing that my dad is in a place where people truly care about him has been such a comfort. We are grateful for the dedication, professionalism, and compassion shown by everyone on the team.

Today Gary and I saw Landmark Lifestyles sign with balloons that said tour today. We decided to check it out. The executive director Ms. Wood greeted us. She was so sweet an easy to talk to. She answered all our questions and gave us a packet of information. It was a beautiful facility and so very clean. There was a beauty salon in house, outside area for activities, very nice kitchen area, and the living area very warm and inviting. Looks like a great place for our future needs. I would give her an excellent rating and the facility 10/10!

This place is PHENOMENAL!!! And so pretty. The upkeep in the building is so clean. The staff is so welcoming and warm. The administrator is awesome! If I could give it 10 stars, I would!
