Mom spent two weeks here. Was promised physical therapy, with none on staff. They were 'called in' and at times she went days without it, set her back too. Their paperwork says she got physical therapy. Mom says it is untrue. I know of one instance I was there and not once did PT come for her, yet they claim the provided her PT that day. Mom was very unhappy with the food and wouldn't eat, which they never suggested anything else until I said something about the lack of food she's been eating. One CNA would yell at her it wasn't time to get up and left in the bed, soaking and wet. When discharged she had an open wound on top of her foot that was never mentioned, which took months to heal with debris every week at wound care. If you really want to drop family and forget them, this place for you. But if you want care, do not send them here. Several people in dining room in wheelchair with hair discombobulated and stinky... shower days are NOT as they claim... mom is incontinent and literally had two showers over her two week stay the last one was because I pushed the issue with admin.

My Grandma (former Nursing Home Administrator) chose this home for when the time came for her to need it. The staff has been & was always helpful, kind, and this helped to ease the transition into, and eventually out of the facility (when she earned her wings). It is an older building, but the staff truly make it a “Home”.

I just stopped to this facility to visit a family member. The facilities were so clean and the staff was so professional. I was given a lot of good information about the care, activities, and food provided to guest and patients. A small town feel with big city amenities. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and smiling. It really made my visit. Nurse Debbie who was in charge at the time gets a 5 star review for sure! She really knew her stuff and I could tell she was a life long professional care giver. I’d recommend taking any family member to be cared for by Debbie and the whole staff!
