If you want to good care for your love one look other way, you have to be on top of everything everyday like they don’t know their job description and they always have an excuse for everything. Facility is worn out, rooms are small, staff doesn’t care if the patient is improving, my mom came out worse than when she got in, covid spread throughout the facility, lack of communication and I can go on…

This is a wonderful place. My Mom has been here for over a month now and Hill Country has been a Blessing to us both. The staff are so compassionate and supportive to the patients and their families. The Nurses and Nurses aids are wonderful and attentive to the needs of their patients. God Bless the House keeping staff! They do an excellent job of ensuring that the rooms are clean and sanitized, Jessica has done an amazing job taking care of my Mothers room, she is awesome! I want to thank all of you at Hill Country for taking such good care of my mom.

My Mom is in good hands. They take care of your parents and are trustworthy. The halls can be a little loud at night, and some days the food is so so, but the staff is attentive and her room and sheets are always clean. The physical therapist help a lot, both of them. So far it's a nice place and hopefully her discharge date is soon. Wish they would communicate more with caregiver as too how she's doing and providing feedback, but good experience overall.

My father is in the Rehab facility. It is okay but there are some things that could be improved. My father has a hard time eating and I asked before he was admitted if he couldn't eat on his own would some one help him and he didn't get any assistance fortunately I was there to help him with dinner. They were very nice and helpful when it came to getting my father a private room which we are very grateful for. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They are professional when it comes to things request and I appreciate all they have done . Sometimes they are slow at getting things. My father sat in a chair quiet a while waiting for his bed to be changed and he stays cold so I started changing his bed myself. His nurse finally came in and took over. His nurse is Rosa and she is a very good nurse, she has other patients so I have to give her the time needed to take care of my father. She does a very good job taking care of her patients. The intake we did for my father was excellent. She answered all our questions and made herself available to us and took care of our concerns right away. Very professional and accommodating. Took care of my father right away, when switched to a private room she looked everywhere to ensure he has everything he needed in the room. Love the staff and appreciate all they do. The security is great. Have to sign in. They have electronic sign in where it takes your temp and ensure your well to come in. Excellent facility but need some small improvements.
