If your loved one requires medical care, this is not the place for you. They do not have a nurse, RN or LPN on site. They are not educated on pain management or end of life care. Our loved one fell 7 times in one day. She fell multiple falls while there. The call light in her room did not work, the only light that worked was in the bathroom and It took up to 20 to 30 minutes to respond. Our Mother was in severe pain and they would not medicate her! We were so afraid to leave her alone that a family member stayed with her and witnessed the lack of care. They, at the beginning, stated that she could elevate to a higher level of care while being here. This did not happen. As a nurse, I am appalled of the care she DID NOT get while she was there. At night there were only two staff members in the building! Do your homework. They are not honest about the care they provide.

The ladies, and men, at Lampasas assisted living have been very kind and caring and attentive to my mother over the last two years and I have been very pleased with my decision of placement. The facility has been clean and well kept, and they have done a nice job of decorating for holidays and special events. They have been compassionate and caring and I appreciate the way they treat the residents from everything I’ve seen. I have been by at all hours of the day and night, weekdays and weekends, and I have seen nothing of concern. They have been very helpful in a difficult situation and I am very appreciative.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE. MY SWEET MOTHER SUFFERED UNDER THEIR CARE. PLEASE, DO YOUR RESEARCH. PROTECT THE ELDERLY. The meals are not gourmet, they do not clean the rooms the call button doesn't work. They stole items from my mom's room when she was in the hospital toliet paper,paper towel and her personal towels/hand towels,then blame residents. THEY HAVE ZERO PATIENCE WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. I speak with truth, I witnessed behaviors from the staff of all levels THEY withheld her medication. They ALWAYS HAD AN EXCUSE. Several people need to be investigated by the State of Texas.<br>The building is a nice place. THE MANAGEMENT NOT SO MUCH. They appear nice at first that changes quickly. My mom stayed less than a month,they charged HER for month #2 , a person needs to give a 30 day written notice or you are charged another month DEAD/OR ALIVE. This is NOT A Great place to be. PLEASE PLEASE CHECK ON YOUR FAMILY....

I have absolutely no complaints about the Lampasas Assisted Living, the staff there are so respectful and understanding but also very caring. The caregivers truly go above and beyond to meet their patient’s needs and wants. There’s a great community there for the residents, a lot of positivity, and so much help and support. If I could recommend any assisted living for your loved ones I would definitely recommend the Lampasas Assisted Living.

This is one of the cleanest facilities I've been to. The staff don't just see the residents as a job they care for them more like family. That warms my heart to see how loved they are. They are always thought of and that means so much to know they are in good hands.i would definitely recommend this facility for a family member. Thank yall for all you do!
