I have been very disappointed with the management at Lakeside Towers in Sterling Heights. Every time I walk into the office, the atmosphere feels negative and unwelcoming. lisa and another staff member have been consistently rude and dismissive when speaking to residents. The office is often closed or the door is shut during times when residents need assistance. When you do get someone’s attention, they ask, “May I help you?” but it rarely feels like they actually want to help or resolve any concerns. The property also doesn’t seem to be maintained the way it used to be. Common areas are not kept as clean, and overall service has gone downhill. Instead of treating residents with respect, the office staff often speak to people in a rude tone. It also appears that the staff spend time chatting and laughing with each other while residents are left feeling ignored. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially in the place they call home. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve customer service and the overall experience for residents.
