My Wife was at this Facility in July on Respite Care.We were Really impressed with the Operation/Staff/Nursing Staff/Cafeteria.Everyone was so Kind and Helpful.I would give them 4.5 stars just because No facility is Perfect.That’s not a option so they are getting a 5 from us.Keep up the Good Work.Sincerely Dennis&Pat Drewry

I am the guardian of one of the residents at Lake Pointe El Dorado. I have had nothing but problems FROM KANCARE, but none from Lake Pointe. They have been extremely helpful in trying to resolve any issures that come up with KanCare. They keep me informed regularly. Great family of employees to work with!!!

I find it strange, like everything else about this awful place, that all but a few reviews are done by employees probably looking for a raise and they're not very recent. This is not a place to have your loved ones. Careless, dangerous care is what you'll get here. They take people that they're unable to care for such as a trachea patient then say that they did you a favor by TAKING THEM BUT NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE CARE! Confused yet? So were we. My husband fell, laid in a filthy bed in a room full of flies. Whoever wrote, "if you hate your mom bring her here" is absolutely correct. They owe me a phone as my husband's was doused in water and lost his Kansas City Chiefs pajama bottoms. A disaster of a place that's getting reported to social security and any other place I can. They should be ashamed of themselves. How very odd they won't let you post pictures of their shoddy place.
