Our mother is currently a resident there and has been for almost 6 weeks and I will say that all of the staff from the cleaning staff all the way up to the Don go out of their way to make the residents comfortable, to address the family's concerns and to make sure our loved one is traded with the utmost care and respect. I'm in myself have worked in this type of environment in the past and was totally hell-bent on our mother being sent to a place like this but if your loved one needs a care facility such as this then El Dorado Care and rehabilitation is top notch.

I want to give recognition to Lori Reed and the other kitchen staff. We visited yesterday the temperature is over 100 degrees. There is no air conditioning just fans. Can you imagine how hot the kitchen is? In addition I noticed signs all over on appliances they need that they were "Out of order". If it wasn't for the dedication of the staff the residents would starve in those unfavorable conditions which makes doing their job impossible. I watched Lori give each resident personal attention and care. It's a pity that management is making it difficult for them. Hopefully this post gets to the right person but it's doubtful they care otherwise there would be air conditioning and working kitchen appliances.

The staff is excellent! Everyone does a wonderful job taking care of our elders while we are unable to, and for that I am forever grateful for. Thank you for being apart of my fathers life and not making him just a job… may God bless you and your families in Jesus name Amen.

This community has so many wonderful attributes and the people are amazing! One of the best things is the availablility of healthcare partners such as lab, pharmacy, therapy and even hospice care and whatever you need to be cared for it’s right there if you’re in need. Choosing a place can be difficult sometimes but the transitional care and informative staff make this community a perfect choice. Need personal help ask for Dawn ! She’s amazing!

The new management have worked so hard to keep the building covid free! The staff have gone above and beyond to keep the residents of the home entertained and happy. The new DON has done an exceptional job at turning the facility around.
