Zero star rating is what I would give. Office ladies treat everyone like crap they do not care!! Unless it’s their favorites of course. Especially Dana. Doesn’t do her job correctly at all. Has Chris tell everyone that they’re not available to call. Mind you they lie about that all the time. I will never recommend anyone to work there ever. None of them are professional ever, I will be going to HR and Corporate about them all. DONE!!

If I could I would give them 0 stars the experience I had was horrible. The office doesn't communicate with clients when the office changes the time but expected to call when you are not there. DO NOT GO THROUGH KWA. Absolutely horrible company.

I would not recommend anyone to this company. I have had several caregivers who just sit on their phones for most of the shift. When you try to talk to the office about issues your either own off or it's one excuse after another.
