This agency went above and beyond to see that my father was well cared for before his passing. All of the staff were compassionate and very knowledgeable. My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better support team. I have personally seen them care for others in our community with the same compassion and respect as they showed my loved one. They truly have a heart for what they do.

We attempted to use this organization for both my mother and father. They are horrible! I would not wish them on my worst enemy. With my mother they would not listen to our concerns, she got much worse under their care and the doctor gave diagnoses (that were proven wrong) without any testing and while having severe anxiety told her it was ok she was going to die soon anyway. We took her out and she is doing the best I have seen her in years! My father got very little comfort from them and after making a trip for the ER regarding something not related to Hospice was removed and our request to reinstate ignored. We only found this out when they made a call to the oxygen supply company telling them to pick up the oxygen machine he needs to live. I even tried to work it out with them and their executive director could not even be bothered to respond! We promptly made an appointment with his oncologist who was flabbergasted at our experience and insisted they did everything wrong and got us set up with a MUCH better company. Don't use this company!!!

Kosciusko Home Care & Hospice is the largest tenant in the Health Services Pavilion. They are a great group to work with. While we don't necessarily use their services, we do encounter clients from other tenants who are very complimentary of their work. It is a joy to have them part of our Health Services Pavilion family!
