I've stayed at Masons twice now for rehab in the last two years..each time for one week or more...both experiences have been satisfactory...food is great...staff are friendly and prompt . A special thanks to two of the aides that made me feel comfortable..safe and cared about.... Katherine and Brittany...thanks .

My dad was transferred from the hospital under the condition that they had a bed ready for him as well as a cpap. When he got there, he was listed as a fall risk, the bed they had for him had no side rails he was there for less than 12 hours before he fell out of bed. We were then told it would be 3 days before hw got a bed with side rails. His catheter bag was left full. He was supposed to have a cpap machine upon arrival and didn't receive it until the next day, he was supposed to have physical therapy right away and was told that he couldn't be seen until Monday and that they wanted him to stay in bed for 3 days until physical therapy could see him, even though his doctor wanted him moving around to build strength. The nursing staff is kind but the administration clearly just wanted the $$$ over the patients well being.

well I won’t say the staff isn’t friendly because they are very nice. The staff must hope someone else will do it. My dad was there 2 months or more before someone checked his records and found out he’s diabetic. My dad’s room mate beat on my dad in the middle of the night. The staff moved the guy a couple rooms down the hall. The food is terrible and my nephew sends me pictures yesterday and they speak for themselves. And he needs oxygen because I brought it to there attention a few days ago he had liquid in his lungs and they had checked him and he has pneumonia. Since they have a 4.7 rating I thought I would share some truth to the matter.

I truly love all the staff! I’m so at ease knowing my Mom is getting the care and rehabbing she needs to come home! They never ignore my questions or concerns! They truly care about my Mom and totally understand how hard it is for me and her! My Mom has been through so much but since being here at Masons I see a light at the end of the tunnel! So with that being said if you or your loved one needs good care from a loving and amazing care team Mason’s should be your first choice!
