They are not reputable They show you DIRTY apartments for occupancy accompanied with furniture when tenants lodged during renovation. I've had 5 shows regarding 4 visits for 4 repairs and the super has not made any attempts to correct. All in Nov. & Dec 2021 Balcony has a five - 7 inch break of cement to the foundation, was told ALL balconies have this same injury which I found was not true. Was told Contractor IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the correction that was told to me by person showing apartments (I have a recorded statement on my phone). Scaffolding caused outside injury to balconies (dangerous condition received confirmation by state department. They did not share that parking is $80 month They did not share that an air conditions charge per months I s $20 (summer months) Was advised ConEd Is apart of rental but was told by several affiliates who live in the proper, she never shared any of this during interview and the showing of 5 diff apartments at first most were FILTHY DIRTY saw an addl. 5 apartments in December 3 weeks ago same scenario. BE CAREFUL WHILE SEEKING YOUR RENTAL IF YOU ACCEPT AN APARTMENT YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH SICKNESS AND DANGEROUS CONDITIONS. COVID-19 IS STILL A FACTOR AND WE AS SENIORS SUFFER BECAUSE THE ONLY CONCERN IS $$$
