Place has mice and bee infestation. We have mice in many of the apartments and many of the buildings. Management has not done a good job to try to rectify the problem. We were told the pest company would be coming every 30 days. The pest company put traps down, but no one has been coming to our apartments to check them, or to replace the old bait. Seeing mice running around my apartment is disgusting and I would not recommend anyone to live here. Management lets the dumpsters overflow with garbage which just adds to the problem. As far as the bee infestation, I was told that nothing could be done about the infestation of bees that live in the dumpster and charge at you when you try to dump your garbage. When it started to turn cold they all started entering my apartment through my a/c vent.....so many if them.

This apartment complex is absolutely HORRIBLE. My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice place to move into with our almost 3 year old and baby on the way. He checked out this place for us and he really liked it. However, as the application process went on, they needed more and more personal information (if you get child support, if you went to court for any reason, how much is in your bank, birth certificates and ss cards ect.) It took almost a month for us to get approved and a few meetings. We put a deposit down on the apartment we wanted and were planning on moving in on the 1st. Unfortunately, my car broke down a few weeks before and my boyfriend got into a car crash so we needed to rent a car and didn't have the full amount to move in ($1050). We explained what happened and asked if we could still have the keys or we could pay them the following Friday with the rest of the money and move in then. They said they had to talk to a few "higher ups" and will let us know. We didn't hear anything and then today in the mail we got our $500 deposit in the same money order we wrote out. It says to Kings Grant and they won't write us a check or anything so we can cash it or deposit it. After all the hassle they put us in and telling us that no we can't move in, forcing a family with a small child jump around until they find a new place, we lose $500 because they won't write a check. All the staff here that we dealt with were very rude and stuck up. I honestly don't know how this place is even running or why people rent here.
