This place has seen its day, but with current management, DON’T even consider this place. Current manager, Minerva, is a ruthless individual, who is not there to manage. Maintenance requests are ignored, notifications are lied about and she is not considerate to the occupants. These apartments have baseboard heating, no washer/dryer in the apartments, mold, outdated plumbing and no maintenance currently.
