The smaller size of this SNF allows for a better patient care experience. The facility looked clean, residents looked engaged and we'll cared for. CNAs were actively working with residents. Did not see staff gathered at the desk to talk amongst themselves. The activity calendar looked robust for a SNF and there was even a peacock in a pen on the grounds along with other animals for residents to watch and interact with. There were no unpleasant odors in any of the areas we toured, even past the communal bathing area. The menu had lunch as the largest meal of the day and an alternate menu is available if the resident does not like a particular meal. Resident visitors do not have restrictions on visiting hours with the caveat that visits occur in the lobby or family room at night to prevent interfering with roommate's rest when the resident has a shared room. Overall, would not have a problem placing a loved one here compared to many orher facilities in the CSRA.

My Mother lived and died here. The facility was clean, professional and kind. My Mother loved the daily meals and her room mate. She enjoyed the walking track and walked everyday even before she was diagnosed with the dreaded Altzheimers disease. She always knew who I was and I visited her twice every week and my husband visited her once. It was recomended to me by one of my employees. I highly recommend this facility.

I recently needed a nursing rehab after a foot amputation. I first went to another place, where I left in tears after one night. I transferred to Keysville, which is a quiet, rural area, and the difference was night to day. Until I waved goodbye, I don't think I ever saw any staff member without a cheery smile and a greeting. The care and attention I received was exemplary. Physical therapy put me on track to prepare for a prosthetic. The facilities are bright, sunny and cheerful. There are daily activities designed to bring the residents out whenever possible. There are birds in the lobby, and pleasant outdoor areas complete with peacocks! I even had my hair and nails done while I was there. Highly recommend.

My mom was here for a few short months before she passed away. She had been in numerous Memory Care places in Evans before we moved her here and this is by far the Best place she could have been. The staff truly care about their patients and the families. The other places seemed like they were just after Mom's money.

The way these patients are treated is DISGUSTING. My Great Grandfather is there and absolutely hates it, he cries and begs to leave Everyday. He will be leaving soon, The atmosphere and staff is the furthest from welcoming. Do not recommend! I was also told that bath day is on sundays.. meaning these patients are only bathed once a week. Pathetic!
