Poorly treated and staff deserve more respect elders should be treated better and served the proper food they need every day with the 6000 plus they pay a month greedy mindset sensed here in this facility if u want your loved ones safe think of a different place

My mother was a resident of Keystone Villa for almost 7 years. In that time she felt safe and very welcomed. She did consider it her home. I handled all of her personal affairs with Keystone and never had an issue that could not be resolved. The staff got to know and love my mother which was very comforting to her as well as myself. I would recommend anyone to Keystone Villa Dourglassville without hesitation. Thank You to all the Staff at Keystone for taking care of Mom.

I have recently moved to Keystone Villa in Douglassville and am very satisfied with the friendly and engaged staff, the dietary selections and the many entertainment and activity selections. Keystone has exceeded my expectations. I am well satisfied overall.

Both of my parents spent their final months at Keystone, the staff were compassionate and treated them both with dignity. I'm grateful for their efforts. The facility is clean, modern and in good condition; it's not inexpensive but compared to similar facilities the prices were better or at least comparable. If you are in a position where you need the kind of services that an assisted living facility can provide, I would recommend Keystone Villa.

I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH LIVING HERE AT THE VILLA, BUT OF COURSE I WOULD RATHER BE IN MY LAST RESIDENCE WHERE MY WIFE AND I LIVED FOR MORE THAN THIRTY YEARS. I'M NOW 90 YEARS OLD AND WITH THE PASSING OF MY WIFE I REALIZED I NEEDED A PLACE TO LIVE .<br>FIVE OF MY CHILDREN LIVE WITHIN A HALF HOUR FROM ME AND ARE VERY ATTENTIVE. I FEEL BLESSED FINDING THE VILLA AND AM ENJOYING THE PEOPLE THAT I HAVE BECOME AQUAINTED WITH (RESIDENTS AND STAFF) WHO ARE FOR THE MOST PART FINE CARING INDIVIDUALS WILLING TO LOOKOUT FOR OTHERS.
