We were really pleased to walk into the facility and see a high level of engagement in activities and a clean environment. We briefly met with the administrator. The biggest takeaway was speaking to a family member of a resident who stated this place has a great team that is for the residents and each other, even when staffing is short- they unify together to get the job done! Well done Keystone!

On the surface, it was ok. Had a little problem early with our mother's care, but was addressed. Had to actually ask if they could clean a floor due to the dirt that one could see. When all said and done, it's a business and when there are people in a room, money is coming in for them. I also understand they deal with death on a regular basis. Our mother passed away on a Sunday night. While we were upset with her passing, it felt like from their end, "next patient." The hospice nurse was even somewhat indifferent to us when we arrived. We owed (It wasn't late) them some money and the check was dropped off the next morning. It was cashed pretty quick. From that point on, not one ounce of acknowledgement that she had passed away. With no one from there even reaching out about our mother's passing. Not expecting anything big, but maybe a little phone call from someone, a simple form letter or card. This is the part that reminded our family, mom was just a warm body occupying a room and money was able to come in. That's too bad for a place that is supposed to be in the people business.

My family member is a resident at this home and if I could give them 0 stars I would. They mistreat their patients more than I could imagine. Not giving them medication when they need it, stealing items from residents, abusing the residents physically and mentally. They have no empathy toward their residents and do not care about what families have to say. Stay FAR away from this place. It may seem good from a distance but please do not send anyone here. My family member has not been given her medication as prescribed, has had nurses abuse her physically as well as mentally, has had her clothing items get stolen as well as personal items stolen, as well as turning off bed alarms for people so they do not have to hear them. I hope the nurses get better and realize that no one deserves to be treated like this especially when they pay to be there. Do better.

This place might look nice but looks can be deceiving.Nobody took care of my mother inlaw except PT the first hour. She has dementia was not supposed to get up by herself after surgery. The only time they came in her room was to give meds or a food tray. My wife and the house keeper changed her bed. Dirty diapers on the floor. She never had any water. My wife got her some water at other patients asked my wife for some too. This place should not be open.
