My elderly mom stayed here for about a week in the memory care wing and after visiting, I was disgusted with her care. Elderly patients are roaming the halls asking for help with no one around. I saw one man passed out at the dinner table next to a wine glass. I wouldn't want my dog to stay here let alone my mom!<br>My mom sat in a soiled diaper for hours and as soon as I found out, I changed it for her. I hit the emergency button 5 times for someone to help me carry her and no one came. I had to go in the hallway and flag someone down. Afterwards they said they would come right back to mop the floor where my mom had an accident and no one came. The next morning my mom was found covered in vomit and NO ONE had checked on her or cleaned her up. Do not take your loved ones here unless you want them to be neglected and ignored. They are horribly under staffed. I called the charge nurse the next day to discuss my mom's situation and she blew it off completely. Thankfully, after those 2 incidents my mom was moved to a much better place for her care.<br>Please do not take anyone here!
