My family had an extremely disappointing experience with this home care agency. From the very beginning, the aide was unprofessional. She entered my mother-in-law’s home without introducing herself or acknowledging anyone. Throughout her time there, she was rude, repeatedly helped herself to my mother-in-law’s food and drinks without permission, and failed to provide the level of care that was expected. The most concerning incident was when my mother-in-law was left laying incontinent on the side of her bed for hours. She was in a dangerous position where one wrong move could have caused her to fall, while the aide remained in the room and did not assist her. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the aide had already informed the agency that my mother-in-law required more care than she could provide. Despite knowing this, the agency continued sending the same aide instead of assigning someone better suited to meet her needs. When our family raised our concerns, the aide became argumentative and aggressive, and the agency representative defended her rather than addressing the serious issues we reported. Our family trusted this agency to provide safe, compassionate care, and they failed to do so. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable care for a loved one.

I would like to recognize Emily for the excellent work she provided when she filled in during a recent shift. She stepped in seamlessly and quickly adapted to the needs of my parents. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude made a noticeable difference in maintaining a smooth workflow. Special thank you to Juan for choosing her to fill in.

I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Emily Abrams for her exceptional caregiving services. Emily has been an invaluable presence in caring for my elderly mother, and I cannot speak highly enough of the compassion, professionalism, and dedication she has demonstrated throughout her time with our family. From the very beginning, Emily approached her work with warmth and enthusiasm. She quickly developed a deep bond with my mother, always taking the time to ensure she felt comfortable, respected, and truly cared for. Emily consistently went above and beyond whether it was preparing meals tailored to my mother’s preferences, assisting with daily routines, or providing companionship and emotional support.

They’re rude as hell and unprofessional they will send you to a clients house with no acknowledgment of the condition or health state and they will send you far out for a 4 hour shift and the Ubers are taken out of your check so you may or may not get paid. Tracy is lovely.

Yes. KeepMeHome Home Care is a Medicare-certified home health agency, so Medicare Part A or Part B pays in full for skilled nursing, therapy and home health aide visits when a doctor orders them and the patient is homebound. There is no copay for covered home health visits. Medicare rates the agency's quality of patient care 1.5 out of 5 stars.
For Medicare to pay, yes: a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant must certify that care is needed and sign a plan of care. Families can call the agency first, and the agency will usually contact the doctor to arrange the order.
