We’ve had a truly wonderful experience with Karma Care Fairfax. They’ve been providing caregiving services to my elderly parents, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their professionalism and compassion. Avra Shah, the administrator, is incredibly professional, responsive, and polite—he has made the entire process smooth and reassuring from day one. The caregivers—Prema, Janeth, and Robina—are absolutely fantastic. They are kind, attentive, and treat my parents with genuine warmth and respect. It gives our whole family peace of mind knowing they’re in such capable and caring hands. I highly recommend Karma Care Fairfax to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality senior care.

A professional and friendly service; the caregiver has performed the expected duties and also engaged at a more personal level with my mother, the patient and her favorite past-times such as gardening and shopping trips to the town center or Tyson's Corner Mall.

Karma Care is positively the best! I am a paraplegic and unable to get around well. I was having trouble with my previous care company, my husband was having to work on weekends and I had been telling the other company I needed weekend help for a month before I needed to add the weekends and I kept following up and they kept telling me that would not be a problem, then I told them the week before and they said it was covered well that day arrived and they did not have anyone to do the weekend. I started calling around I had to have help I was stuck in my bed, Karma Care came to my rescue so I changed companies and have been so happy since. There staff made all arrangements all the staff has been so helpful and so supportive of my goals to get better they are all so sweet. I can’t thank them enough for all they do for me, great company and great care, I highly recommend them, you won’t find anyone better!
