I am a patient right now and I have serious health problems coming from a hospital in another county. Staff make fun of us and I am of real good sound mind I beg people be seriously cautious of sending your loved one hear I am not permitted off my bed for the entire weekend and must wait till Monday I needed oxygen as they provided a faulty concentrator and I went all night last night with it being an hour and a half before I was given another concentrator that worked they never once even checked that my oxygen had dropped Then today I had asked for a different meal because they had served me red sauce I have to have everything pureed and they never gave me another meal when they did serve me in my meal that had red sauce I ate the potatoes when I went to take a bite of the cold cold potatoes I simply sent the food tray back asking for another tray but they never gave it to me . I tell you I please people be cautious before you send your loved one here because they will be mistreated and they will be neglected If you send your loved one to this nursing home anybody has it within their heart to feel that I am telling the honest to God truth and you send your loved one hear you will be guilty of neglect abuse to your loved one. If you currently have your loved one here do me a favor check the place out be cautious and take real good notes and then consider getting your love when transferred When staffing seen that I was making notes they called me on it and they told me that I was wrong for making notes they said everything we say you're sitting there writing it down I said you have best believe I am because I'm getting sick and tired of abuse neglect I did put in a call to the protective services agents hopefully they get on something Monday I am so hungry and crying as I try to hold my frail self together I have ostomy issues and have sat now from morning till 4 pm that I write this of feces setting on my stomach never cleaned up. I beg anyone who views this before Monday if you have it in your heart to investigate please I beg for help I am scared as I set with out family or any one but protective services to come hopefully to my aid People tell me that sometimes one voice makes a huge difference and I pray to God that my voice gets heard with this review. The neglect abuse and verbal mocking are unacceptable to me I am continuing to document every happening and hope that some how change happens and that this place deserves citations for there role of severe neglect abuse. What better review could one want than a person being right on site all is well a person like myself being right here in the facility and hearing from my room mate Statement yesterday of saying to me neglect is huge and How she sees patients not being cared for I asked for a shower and there reply was not till we deem you safe for transfers ONE That statement to me tells me there not qualified to even help a person if perhaps a lift was used. The smell of feces and matted hair cause candy got stuck in my hair must wait. I write a long review because I am dead serious I want the public to simply realize that you come visit your loved one and keep in mind anyone can put up a good front to you and make you feel all is well. If you are a kind good hearted person who wants the best for your loved one START LOOKING FOR ANOTHER FACILITY AS THATS WHAT I AM DOING I HAVE TO STAY HERE TILL I CAN FIND ONE

Just curious if the owners know about the RATINGS of this facility? Shocking. All I know is they must be extremely short handed if they can not get ONE person to answer a phone, to man the phones at each desk/station.
