The employee at this establishment has no respect for patients or the staff that are respectful. They are quick to tell on a patient for smoking cigarettes. The management don't even do anything about their employees smoking weed while working in the building or out in cars in the parking lot. Also they violate the hippa law by talking on their cell phones while dealing with a patient and their medications.

The facility needs to be updated and cleaned! The room assigned to my family member was on the second floor. I always try to see the bright side of situations, but it felt like a run down state hospital. Four people sharing a toilet. I would rather urinate outside. The room was horrific. I didn’t have the opportunity to rate nursing because we are removing our loved one from the facility. Less than 24 hour stay was all that was required for us! I will say Jennifer from Social Services was very kind.

Every single person I encounterd here was extremely supportive and helpful. Appointments were made and transportation was provided for all appointments. It is apparent the entire staff cares about the well being of your loved one.
