Our experience with Just Like Family showed them to be a well run company that was easy to work with. Tiffany spent time with us to try and determine the best way they could help us. Unfortunately, we didn't get to work with them for a long time as we decided my mother needed additional care on a full time basis. However, the person they supplied for four hours per day was very nice. My only complaint was that she could have used a little more experience with using older appliances like the washing machine and coffee maker that my mother had. I'm guessing this may be an issue when caring for older adults that may not have changed out their appliances in a very long time. Overall though it was a good experience and I appreciated their efforts.

I am in my 60's and, after surgery, had an immediate need for personal care at home. EVERYONE at Just Like Family was incredible. I do not think I could have stayed at home without them. All of my "Family Helpers" were kind, considerate and positive. They truly were BETTER than family. Thank you to everyone at JLF!!!

Just Like Family was a great service for my mother-in-law over the last year. They did an excellent job at sending the same caregivers so she felt comfortable and the office staff was always pleasant and very attentive to requests. They were dependable, prompt and compassionate with the care they provided. I would definitely recommend their services!

We've has an incredible experience with Just Like Family over the past 6 months while they've been caring for my dad. The office staff is always so kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Every caregiver we've had has been compassionate, professional and truly wonderful. It gives our family so much peace of mind knowing he's in such good hands. I highly recommend!

Just Like Family has been caring for my parents for the past month and I could not be any more grateful! The kindness Tiffany and Robin showed during the intake assessment told me they were going to provide excellent care. Myka has been their caregiver and she is, as the name says, just like family to my parents. Thank you, our community is lucky to have you!
