My sister has been a resident at Juniper Village South Hills (Pgh, Pa.15220) for almost 2 years. In all that time, there has been consistent care from the ENTIRE staff, and our family is more than pleased. The staff knows every resident by name and acknowledges them with smiles or a sweet hello. The residents are "NOT INVISIBLE", which I saw in many other places that I toured prior to selecting Juniper Village at South Hills. There are always many daily activities which not only keeps the residents engaged and challenged but increases their social skills. So too, every Friday, there is entertainment of some kind - from magic shows, little piggie races, to singers with guitars or just lovely songs while playing the baby grand. I, myself, enjoy the entertainment a great deal. I am very comforted having my sister reside at Juniper Village of South Hills and my sister is very happy here...What more can I say - It's a great place and I highly recommend Juniper Village at South Hills...F.S.Galore

I’m incredibly thankful for the team at Juniper Village at South Hills. They cared for my dad with such warmth, dignity, and attentiveness that it gave our family real peace of mind. Every interaction felt personal and never rushed. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and it shows in every part of the experience — from the warm greeting as you walk in to the way each person engages with residents throughout the day.<br><br>We are deeply grateful for the support and comfort they provided during such an important time. Juniper Village also feels far less institutional than many other communities; it’s genuinely home‑like. It’s a wonderful place, and the administration is truly top‑notch — they made my dad feel at home.

Our Mom recently moved into Juniper Village from another assisted living facility and we have been so thankful for the kind and attentive staff.

We moved my Grandma here this past December. She was only there a few months before she passed, but I highly recommend Juniper. Everything from the initial contact to the daily care was wonderful. The people who work here are all so nice and caring, the building was so clean and nice, everything was just fantastic. I wish I could somehow thank everyone in person for everything they did for my Grandmother, but there are people who took care of her that I have never even met. They certainly made her last few months the best they could be, I appreciate that more than anyone can ever imagine. Everyone, but Brooke in particular was wonderful. And that is not only from my grandmother's care, but some friends who have had relatives living at Juniper have said the same.

We toured every community in the area when we found we needed to move Mom into a community. Once we made the decision on Juniper Justin and Tyler eased our worries and made our move with Mom seamless. Mom is doing great, making friends and we wish we would have done the move sooner.
