Junction City Retirement and Assisted Living is a wonderful community. The staff truly care about the residents and it shows every day. The activities department does an amazing job keeping residents engaged with fun events, games, and outings that give everyone something to look forward to. The kitchen staff prepare great meals and are always friendly and accommodating to residents’ needs. The care staff are compassionate, attentive, and treat the residents with dignity and kindness. The maintenance team works hard to keep the building safe, clean, and comfortable for everyone. Overall, it’s a warm and welcoming place where residents are well cared for and truly feel at home.

Junction City Retirement is a warm and welcoming community where the residents all seem engaged and active. They host events frequently in the community and maintain a fun and lively atmosphere where everyone feels well cared for and valued! Their marketing director, Disree clearly has a heart for the work she does! She is compassionate, and understanding, and really takes the time to get to know all of the families that she works with.

Junction City Retirement and Assisted Living is truly a wonderful community. Disree is an absolute gem — she brings years of experience, enthusiasm, and genuine compassion to everything she does for the seniors who live here. You can clearly see how much she cares about the residents and the community she helps create. This entire team in the building deserves recognition....It truly takes everyone working together to make a place like this special. From the kitchen staff to the activities team and everyone in between, the staff all work incredibly hard for the residents and consistently give their all every single day. Team members including...but definitely not limited to...Cyndi, Caitlin, Mikayla, and William go above and beyond by participating in activities, engaging with residents, helping with events, and always showing up with a positive attitude and a smile. You can feel the warmth and dedication from the moment you walk in. The staff make a real effort to keep residents active, involved, and feeling at home. It’s clear that this community is built on compassion, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to the people who live here. I would absolutely recommend Junction City Retirement and Assisted Living to anyone looking for a caring and supportive place for their loved ones.

I’ve been to three recent events hosted by JC retirement and all offered great opportunities for social engagement. I assess that their marketer (Diseree) cares deeply for fostering a thriving community filled with opportunity and connection. This gives the building a home like ambience.
