Judson Terrace Homes is an affordable senior housing community in San Luis Obispo, California, serving low-income seniors 55 and older. Located a few miles from the Pacific Ocean and downtown San Luis Obispo, the community is managed by HumanGood and sits on an expansive three-acre campus.

The community comprises 107 studio and one-bedroom apartments, each equipped with a 10-cubic-foot top freezer refrigerator and electric range or oven. Residents have access to a service coordinator who helps connect them to community and medical services.

The community welcomes common household pets as well as service and assistance animals in residents' apartments.
